Thank you for supporting a small business.  At Charlee's Boutique we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to receive a credit on your order total (does not include shipping).  Items must be in its original condition, unwashed and unused.  Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and is not refundable.

Sales items cannot be returned.  Orders are final on sale and clearance items.

Policies

USPS is used to ship all items.

At Charlee's Boutique we are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the post office.  Please understand the package is no longer under our control once it is scanned at the post office.  If you decide not to purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged by USPS, we are not responsible and cannot offer a refund.

Shipping typically occurs within 1-3 days of receiving your order.  Shipping occurs from Cleveland, OH.  First Class shipping typically takes 2-7 days to arrive.  Priority shipping usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive.

Wrong Address

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please email charleesboutiquestyle@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.  You must make the subject line "CHANGE OF ADDRESS" and provide your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address
